Bootscharter in Italien · Leopard 45 in Sardinia / Cannigione — “Moorings 4500 Club” — (2019)

Cannigione sits at the gateway to Sardinia's north coast, where granite cliffs meet turquoise shallows and protected anchorages dot the archipelago. The Moorings 4500 Club, a 2019 Leopard 45, is built to exploit this landscape. Her 1.35-meter draft gets you into bays and beach anchorages where monohulls cannot follow, and her catamaran hulls hold position steadily at anchor even in moderate wind—a genuine comfort when you're settled for the evening. Life on board spans five cabins and four bathrooms across 13.72 meters, enough room for 11 guests without the cramped feeling that groups often experience. Each cabin has its own character; the saloon and cockpit are genuinely separate spaces for cooking, dining, and socializing without feeling bottlenecked. The trampoline netting between the hulls is where you'll spend lazy mornings, and the foredeck gives you room to move without clutter. Bareboat from Cannigione opens the entire Maddalena archipelago within a day's sail, plus the Corsican coast and Bonifacio Strait. The catamaran's beam and stability make for forgiving sailing when learning the local conditions, and the shallow draft means you can anchor in spots where other boats cannot. A week's charter takes you through granite headlands, into wine-country anchorages, and to quiet coves where swimming straight from deck feels like luxury itself.
