Bootscharter in Türkei · Leopard 40 in Fethiye / Ece Marina — “Panda Joy” — (2017)

Fethiye's position on Turkey's Lycian coast means Panda Joy sits ready to explore one of the Mediterranean's most rewarding cruising grounds, where pine-clad mountains meet turquoise anchorages and ancient ruins dot the shoreline. This 2017 Leopard 40 gives you the room and stability to move a group of up to eight people through that landscape in genuine comfort. Living aboard a catamaran spreads everyone across three separate cabins, each with its own character, supported by two full bathrooms so mornings don't turn into a logistical puzzle. The saloon and galley sit between the two hulls, bright and open, flowing onto the cockpit where you'll take meals and watch the sunset. The trampoline webbing forward is where crews gather to spot fish, swim stops, and other boats, while the wide, flat foredeck handles anchor work and sunbathing without drama. Two hulls mean a flat platform that won't roll at anchor, even in variable wind. The 1.15-meter draft lets you nose into shallow bays and beach approaches where deeper-hulled yachts can't follow, opening access to Dalyan, Ölüdeniz, and the smaller Greek islands across the strait. A week from Ece Marina carries you to Symi, Rhodes, or up toward Marmaris, with overnight passages short enough to feel manageable and anchorages deep enough to hold confidently through the Aegean wind patterns that define summer sailing here.
