Bootscharter in Split · Lagoon 560 in Marina Agana — “Cool Change” — (2015)

Marina Agana puts you within easy reach of Croatia's most dramatic coastlines—the Dalmatian islands, hidden coves, and medieval harbor towns lie just a sail away. Cool Change, a 2015 Lagoon 560, is built to take full advantage of what this region offers, with a shallow draft that lets you slip into anchorages monohulls cannot reach and dual hulls that keep you stable whether you're at rest or underway. Living aboard feels spacious rather than compact. Four cabins and four bathrooms mean every guest has private facilities, while the saloon opens onto a wide cockpit designed for both cooking and socializing. The twin hulls create generous beams of open space—the trampolines strung between them offer somewhere to lounge and watch the water, and the foredeck gives you room to move without feeling crowded even with eight people aboard. Natural light flows through the windows; the layout was designed by Lagoon to feel like a floating home, not a boat you're squeezing into. Two hulls bring practical advantages beyond comfort. The catamaran's shallow draft of 1.5 meters lets you anchor in bays and near beaches where deeper-hulled sailboats must stay offshore. That stability at anchor means less rolling when the wind picks up, so sleeping and cooking stay pleasant rather than exhausting. With four cabins and space to gather, Cool Change works equally well for families, groups of friends, or a mix of both. A week based in Marina Agana gives you days to explore each of the islands, linger in protected anchorages, and arrive rested rather than worn out from the passage.
