Bootscharter in Italien · Lagoon 55 in Salerno / Marina d'Arechi — “Jellyfish” — (2024)

Salerno's Marina d'Arechi puts you steps from the Amalfi Coast—and Jellyfish, a 2024 Lagoon 55, makes that proximity matter. This catamaran sleeps 10 across five cabins, each with its own bathroom, so families and friend groups bypass the usual boat compromises. The layout spreads living spaces across both hulls: the main saloon occupies the starboard hull with generous seating and dining, while the galley flows naturally into the cockpit. Port-side cabins nestle alongside the corridor. On deck, the wide trampolines bridge the gap between hulls, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon lounging. The foredeck opens for socializing without interfering with sailing, and the cockpit gives the crew room to work while guests stay comfortable. Two hulls mean something concrete here. Jellyfish sits stable at anchor—no rolling when you're reading or eating. The shallow draft lets you reach the beaches and smaller bays others skip, sliding into spots where monohulls can't follow. And there's simply more room: five bathrooms eliminate morning queues, and the cabin layout means privacy without isolation. From Salerno, your crewed week can reach Capri, the Cilento coast, or island-hop across the Tyrrhenian Sea. Your professional crew handles navigation and provisioning, leaving you free to decide whether today calls for anchorage or sailing. The combination of Lagoon 55 design, this boat's recent build, and that strategic base transforms a charter into something genuinely different.
