Bootscharter in Kroatien · Lagoon 52F in Rogoznica / Marina Frapa — “Manta Ray” — (2017)

Moored at Rogoznica on the central Dalmatian coast, Manta Ray sits ready for a week of island-hopping through Croatia's most rewarding anchorages. This 2017 Lagoon 52F catamaran works particularly well for groups and families: five separate cabins sleep ten across four bathrooms, so everyone finds their own space to retreat to after days on deck. The generous 7.84-meter beam between the hulls creates an airy saloon amidships, a working galley, and an upper helm station with 360-degree views, while the twin hulls keep the boat stable at anchor in any protected bay—no swinging, no drift. Step onto Manta Ray's deck and you understand why catamarans dominate charter fleets here. The trampolines and foredeck stretch wide and safe for children and sunbathers, the twin engines sit low and efficiently in separate compartments, and the shallow 1.2-meter draft opens up shallow bays and sandy coves that monohulls cannot reach. Your crewed charter means the captain and cook handle navigation and meals, leaving you free to swim, explore Adriatic villages, or simply anchor off a quiet island for the afternoon. From Rogoznica, a week's sail reaches Hvar's pine-covered slopes, the Pakleni Islands' hidden inlets, and the dramatic limestone cliffs of Pelješac. The catamaran's broad platform makes everyday life comfortable at sea and underway, turning a charter into something genuinely lived rather than merely endured.
