Bootscharter in Italien · Lagoon 52F in Sicily / Capo d'Orlando Marina — “SUMMERTIME” — (2016)

From Capo d'Orlando, SUMMERTIME reaches Sicily's most rewarding cruising grounds in minutes. The Aeolian Islands lie northeast, their volcanic peaks and anchorages accessible through the Tyrrhenian Sea. Westward, the Egadi Islands and nearby coves offer quieter exploration. A week's itinerary might thread between these destinations, with plenty of time to settle into each place rather than chase distance. The 52F catamaran layout spreads your group across five cabins and five ensuite bathrooms, so couples and families find their own space without compromise. The twin hulls create a remarkably stable platform at anchor—especially valued in the shallow bays where the catamaran's 1.2-metre draft lets you position closer to beaches and villages than deeper vessels allow. Twin Yammer engines handle variable conditions reliably, while the saloon and cockpit offer sheltered dining and socialising with uncluttered sightlines. The trampolines and foredeck become natural gathering spots for sunbathing and swimming prep. With a professional crew handling navigation, systems, and hospitality, your time aboard splits between active sailing when conditions suit and leisurely anchorages where the boat becomes a floating base. The 15-metre hull carries enough comfort and space that week-long charters rarely feel rushed. Families appreciate the safety of two hulls and the ease of tender access. Groups value the number of private cabins balanced against shared deck life. From a well-positioned Sicilian base, SUMMERTIME delivers straightforward access to one of Europe's most storied sailing regions.
