Bootscharter in Cyclades · Lagoon 50 in Paros port — “For Sail Too - Green Wave” — (2018)

Paros port puts you within easy reach of the Cyclades' best-kept secrets, and the 2018 Lagoon 50 For Sail Too - Green Wave is built to take full advantage. Seven cabins and five bathrooms mean families and friend groups have genuine privacy below deck—no cramped quarters or queue for the shower. The main saloon sits high between the hulls, offering 360-degree views and a natural gathering space for meals and evening conversations. Forward, the saloon opens onto a sheltered cockpit where the helm station and dining area share space, while twin trampolines stretch between the bows for lounging and swimming access. What the twin hulls deliver goes beyond comfort. Shallow draft lets you anchor in bays and approach beaches that monohulls cannot reach, a genuine advantage when exploring the Aegean's quieter anchorages. That wide stance also means stability at anchor—no constant swinging and rolling that exhausts crews, just steady, relaxed holding ground. The broad foredeck serves as a genuine social space, sunbeds catching the wind while the hulls absorb chop rather than fighting it. From Paros, a week's cruising opens island-hopping routes through protected waters, traditional fishing villages, and anchorages where the seabed is visible thirty meters down. Whether you're navigating by chart or following local advice to undiscovered spots, the Lagoon 50's responsive handling and reliable engines make reaching each day's destination straightforward. This is bareboat sailing that rewards both seasoned crews and those ready to learn the Mediterranean's rhythms.
