Bootscharter in Griechenland · Lagoon 46 in Lavrion / Olympic Marina — “Free Bird II” — (2022)

Departing from Lavrion's Olympic Marina puts you within immediate reach of the Saronic Gulf's most rewarding anchorages—the Peloponnese coastline, the Hydra island chain, and southbound routes to the Cyclades all await. Free Bird II, a 2022 Lagoon 46, gives you the platform to explore them with genuine comfort for up to eight guests. Living aboard a catamaran transforms a week's sailing. Two hulls mean stability at anchor without dragging, letting you relax on deck without the constant rocking of a traditional monohull. The shallow 1.2-meter draft—a defining advantage of the Lagoon design—lets you reach sheltered bays and beach anchorages that deeper-drafted yachts cannot access, opening Paxos, Antipaxos, and countless Greek islet treasures to your itinerary. Five separate cabins and three bathrooms give families and groups genuine privacy; the broad trampolines connecting the hulls and the uncluttered foredeck become your social spaces, while the generous saloon and open cockpit handle both relaxed cruising and evening gatherings without crowding. The layout balances living space with sailing practicality. Twin engines and modern sail systems mean bareboat skippers can navigate confidently through variable Aegean conditions, yet the boat's forgiving nature and wide platform make passage-making far less demanding than narrower monohulls. Whether you anchor tight to a granite hillside, set up a beach barbecue, or sail open water between islands, the dual-hull geometry and solid construction work quietly in your favour.
