Bootscharter in Dodecanese · Lagoon 450 Fly in Rhodes New Marina — “Greis” — (2019)

From Rhodes New Marina, Greis puts you within easy reach of the Dodecanese's most rewarding cruising grounds. The shallow draft that catamarans offer means you can anchor safely in the protected bays and sandy anchorages that deeper keeled yachts cannot reach, giving you real flexibility to explore beaches and villages others miss. Living aboard for a week feels naturally spacious on this 13.96-metre Lagoon 450 Fly. The six cabins and five ensuite bathrooms mean your group or family has genuine privacy, with no queuing for a shower. The saloon flows into the galley without cramped passages, and the large windows flood the interior with Mediterranean light. On deck, the twin trampolines forward and the fly bridge above give you genuine outdoor living space—places to relax, dine, or watch the stars without feeling crowded even with twelve people aboard. The two hulls do the real work here. They keep Greis stable at anchor in rolling conditions, so you can sleep well even on exposed nights. The wide beam distributes weight evenly across both hulls, making the boat responsive to helm but never twitchy. For a bareboat charter where you're managing your own passage, that stability and manoeuvrability matter: you spend less energy fighting the boat and more time actually sailing the islands. Twelve guests, six cabins, five bathrooms, and the space to use them properly—that's the catamaran advantage, and Greis delivers it in full.
