Bootscharter in Griechenland · Lagoon 450 Fly in Athens / Alimos Marina — “AMELIA (A/C, Generator, Watermaker)” — (2012)

AMELIA (A/C, Generator, Watermaker) is a 2012 Lagoon 450 Fly based at Alimos Marina in Athens, ready to explore the Aegean's sheltered bays and island anchorages that only shallow-draft catamarans can reach. With six cabins and six bathrooms across 13.96 metres, she sleeps ten guests comfortably—ideal for extended family groups or friends seeking space without constant compromise. The catamaran's twin hulls deliver stability at anchor, crucial when you're moored off a beach for the afternoon, and they provide the platform for a sprawling foredeck with trampoline seating where most of the week is actually lived. Below deck, the layout balances privacy with gathering space. The saloon spans both hulls, offering a generous social hub with natural light, while each cabin has its own ensuite bathroom—a luxury that transforms a week-long charter from logistical puzzle into genuine relaxation. The air conditioning and generator ensure comfort through hot Mediterranean days, and the watermaker means you're never rationed on showers or fresh water. The extended cockpit and trampolines become your real living areas: breakfast overlooking the water, lazy afternoons watching fish below the hulls, sunset gatherings without feeling cramped. From Athens, AMELIA opens a week's cruising across some of Greece's most rewarding sailing. The Saronic Gulf's island chain lies within easy reach, the Peloponnese's southern coast offers protected anchorages, and the shallow draft lets you explore smaller harbours and beaches that monohull charters simply cannot access. This is bareboat sailing where the boat itself enables the freedom.
