Bootscharter in Bodrum · Lagoon 421 in Bodrum Marina — “Paluko” — (2011)

Paluko sits ready at Bodrum Marina, perfectly placed to slip out into the Aegean and reach Greece or Turkish coves within hours. As a 2011 Lagoon 421, she's built around what matters when eight people share a boat: space that doesn't feel cramped. The catamaran's four cabins and four ensuite bathrooms mean no queuing or sharing—each guest has their own retreat. Below deck, the layout separates sleeping quarters from the saloon, so the main living space stays a proper gathering hub rather than a bedroom corridor. The twin hulls are the engineering reason this works. You'll notice it first when anchored: the stability lets you move around without the boat rolling, making cooking, conversation, and simply relaxing feel natural. That flat, planted feeling also means you'll confidently explore shallower bays and approach beaches where monohulls can't go, opening up anchorages most charter boats miss. Topside, the wide trampolines between the hulls give you room to lie out and watch the sky, while the foredeck provides an easy vantage point as you approach an anchorage. The cockpit is genuinely spacious—room enough for the whole group to gather for sundowners without anyone perched on the steps. From Bodrum, a week's sailing takes you through some of the Mediterranean's most rewarding waters: island-hop toward Rhodes, explore the Turkish coast's pine-backed coves, or head north toward Lesbos. Paluko's proven hull design and twin Yanmar engines handle the variety of conditions you'll encounter, leaving you free to focus on where the wind takes you next.
