Bootscharter in Griechenland · Lagoon 42 in Palairos / Marina Paleros — “Sea novels” — (2020)

From Palairos marina, Sea novels opens the full sweep of Greece's Ionian coastline—protected waters perfect for relaxed cruising, sudden anchorages in quiet bays, and the kind of sailing that doesn't demand constant attention. This 2020 Lagoon 42 is built for people who want space without fuss. With six private cabins and four bathrooms spread across two hulls, twelve guests never compete for comfort. The cabin layout lets families claim their own quarters; the main saloon sits high and open, letting natural light and conversation flow between cooking, eating, and lounging areas. Up on deck, the catamaran's wide beam delivers what matters most: room to move. There's genuine space on the trampolines forward and plenty of secure foredeck to work with without crowding. Two hulls change everything about how a boat behaves. Sea novels sits flat at anchor without fighting the swell, which means better sleep and easier dinnertime. The shallow draft slides into anchorages and approaches beaches where monohulls simply cannot venture. Groups feel the difference immediately—no one's climbing over someone else's sunbeds; there's cockpit seating for eight without anyone standing. The twin engines make tacking through narrow passages manageable, and modern furling headsails keep sail changes simple. A week from Palairos lets you reach Lefkada's dramatic limestone cliffs, push into the Meganisi passages, or drift south toward Ithaca and Kefalonia. The catamaran's stability and shallow draft mean you're never ruled out by depth or chop.
