Bootscharter in Martinique · Lagoon 42 in Martinique / Le Marin — “PUMA III” — (2020)

Le Marin puts you in the heart of Martinique's sailing grounds, with PUMA III positioned perfectly for week-long exploration of the southern Caribbean's most varied anchorages. This 2020 Lagoon 42 works hard as a group vessel: six cabins sleep ten comfortably, with four bathrooms ensuring mornings run smoothly when you're traveling with friends or multiple families. The layout flows naturally from the saloon through the galley to a spacious cockpit, while wide trampolines and an open foredeck give everyone room to move and gather. Catamarans earn their reputation on stability and access. PUMA III's twin hulls sit remarkably still at anchor, letting you relax without constant swinging, while the 1.25-metre draft opens up shallow bays and beach anchorages that deeper-hulled boats cannot reach. The wide beam translates to genuine living space below and above decks—nowhere feels cramped, and the saloon becomes a natural gathering spot for meals and evening wind-downs. From Le Marin, you can cruise toward the Grenadines or explore Martinique's protected western coast, anchoring in spots most cruisers never see. The bareboat format gives you complete freedom to shape the week around what matters to you: full days under sail, quiet mornings in hidden anchorages, or spontaneous detours when wind and mood align. PUMA III's modern construction and reliable engine handle both spirited passages and gentle, leisurely days.
