Bootscharter in Athens / Saronic Gulf · Lagoon 42 in Lavrion Main Port — “STOLOS” — (2020)

Lavrion's deep-water port puts you within a day's sail of Greece's most rewarding cruising grounds—the Saronic Islands to the south, the Sporades to the east, and the Peloponnese's hidden anchorages. STOLOS, a 2020 Lagoon 42, is built for making the most of that access. Her dual-hull design delivers the shallow 1.25-meter draft that lets you tuck into sandy coves and rocky bays where monohulls can't follow, while her eight-meter-plus beam keeps you rock-steady at anchor even when the wind picks up. Life aboard works smoothly for a group or an extended family. Four separate cabins give everyone their own retreat, and four full bathrooms mean no queuing. The main saloon opens directly to the cockpit, so the cook isn't isolated and the helmsman stays connected to what's happening below. The trampolines and foredeck are genuine gathering spaces—far more usable than a monohull's narrow bow—ideal for morning coffee or evening views as the light fades. STOLOS handles bareboat sailing with straightforward systems and a reliable layout. The generous galley sits at the heart of the boat, the engines are fuel-efficient, and both hulls work as working platforms when you're diving, swimming, or just dropping an anchor. For a week cruising Greek waters, she gives you the combination that matters: room to spread out, stability to move confidently between islands, and draft shallow enough to explore the places that make sailing Greece worth doing.
