Bootscharter in Dodecanese · Lagoon 400 S2 in Rhodes New Marina — “Utopia” — (2015)

From Rhodes New Marina, Utopia sits ready to carry ten guests across the Dodecanese's crystal bays and island anchorages. This 2015 Lagoon 400 S2 sleeps all ten in four cabins spread across both hulls, each with its own bathroom—a layout that matters when a week at sea means real privacy and morning routines that don't collide. Life aboard unfolds across the twin hulls in ways a monohull cannot match. The wide saloon opens naturally to the cockpit, creating one flowing social space where everyone gathers for meals or quiet afternoons. The galley sits central and efficient. Forward, the trampolines and foredeck give you a second living room in good weather: a place to swim, sunbathe, or simply drift while anchored. The catamaran's shallow 1.2-meter draft means you reach the coves and sandy bays where bigger boats cannot follow. Two hulls deliver what makes a bareboat week genuinely restful. They hold Utopia steady at anchor, even as the wind picks up—no anxious swinging or rolling when you're reading or cooking. That stability, combined with generous beam, means the boat handles generously, neither cramped nor fussy to navigate. Leaving Rhodes, you have the Symi peaks close by, then Panormitis and the smaller islands of the Dodecanese ahead. A week gives you time to anchor properly, explore on foot, and feel the actual rhythm of island cruising rather than just checking boxes.
