Bootscharter in Kroatien · Lagoon 380 in Šibenik / D-Marin Marina Mandalina — “MAYA” — (2018)

Šibenik's position at the mouth of the Krka River gives MAYA a unique gateway to both protected inland waters and the open Adriatic. This Lagoon 380 catamaran, built in 2018, sits ready at D-Marin Marina Mandalina to take groups and families into one of Europe's least crowded sailing grounds, where limestone islands and medieval stone towns cluster across shallow, yacht-friendly bays. Six cabins and two bathrooms spread across MAYA's 11.55-meter length, with sleeping berths for twelve. The layout splits living spaces efficiently: a saloon and galley occupy the bridge deck between hulls, offering views and ventilation. Cabins range from doubles to twin berths, each with direct access to air and light. The two bathrooms prevent morning queues on longer charters. Above deck, the wide trampolines stretch between the hulls—perfect for sunbathing or simply feeling the stability beneath you—while the foredeck provides a social gathering point without the constraints of a monohull's narrower bow. Two hulls mean MAYA sits level at anchor even when the wind shifts, a genuine comfort during a week-long cruise. Her 1.2-meter draft unlocks anchorages that deeper boats cannot reach: shallow bays near Pasman, the spaces between islands around Vis, and the quiet corners where the Adriatic meets freshwater. For a week based in Šibenik, this flexibility opens the entire central Dalmatian coast. Groups sail south toward Hvar and Korcula, or north into the Krka's tidal channels, each day choosing where to drop anchor based on wind and mood rather than draft restrictions.
