Bootscharter in Madagaskar · Lipari 41 in Madagascar / Nosy Be / Marina Crater — “Classic” — (2012)

Madagascar's Nosy Be islands demand a vessel built for both comfort and access, and the Lipari 41 hull design delivers on both fronts. Classic sleeps up to 10 guests across four cabins, each thoughtfully configured to maximize privacy and rest. Two full bathrooms mean mornings run smoothly even with a larger group, while the generous saloon opens onto an expansive cockpit—ideal for shared meals, evening drinks, or simply watching dolphins cruise past. The foredeck and trampolines offer prime spots for sunbathing or early-morning wildlife watching, taking full advantage of the catamaran's stable platform. A catamaran's dual hulls transform how you experience remote anchorages. Classic draws minimal draft, allowing you to tuck into shallow bays and beach close to coral gardens that deeper monohulls must skip. At anchor, the wide beam provides rock-solid stability—no rolling motion interrupting your sleep or making dinner uncomfortable. For families and larger groups, this means everyone spreads out naturally, using both hulls without feeling crowded. From Marina Crater, a week exploring Madagascar's northeast reveals dramatic contrasts: volcanic cliffs, luminescent bays, and untouched coral reefs. Classic's proven Fountaine Pajot construction, twin engines, and crewed service handle the coastal complexities while you focus on what drew you here—whether that's snorkeling pristine reefs, visiting remote fishing villages, or anchoring in turquoise shallows where no road can take you.
