Bootscharter in Griechenland · Elba 45 in Preveza Main Port — “Vienna Pearl” — (2020)

Preveza's main port opens directly onto the northern Ionian, making Vienna Pearl ideally positioned for exploring some of Greece's most sheltered cruising grounds. This 2020 Fountaine Pajot Elba 45 carries twelve guests across six private cabins, each with its own bathroom or ensuite—a genuine advantage for family groups and friends sharing a bareboat charter. The layout flows naturally from the central saloon to the vast cockpit, where you'll spend most daylight hours steering, socializing, or simply watching the coast unfold. What sets a catamaran hull design apart becomes clear the moment you anchor. The twin hulls grip the seafloor with remarkable stability, eliminating the rolling motion of single-hulled boats. That shallow draft—typical of catamarans—lets you slip into bays and approach beaches that monohulls cannot reach, multiplying your swimming and exploration options. The wide trampolines strung between the hulls serve double duty: they're perfect for lounging with a book, and they offer genuine working space when you're handling sails or just moving around the foredeck. From Preveza, your week's cruising can drift south toward the quiet islands of Lefkas and Meganissi, or north toward Corfu and the Albanian coast. The spacious cabin and deck layout means twelve people don't feel crowded; instead, Vienna Pearl's generous beam provides room for everyone to find their own rhythm—whether that's leisurely sailing, anchoring in deserted coves, or island-hopping at a comfortable pace.
