Bootscharter in Griechenland · Dufour Catamaran 48 in Preveza Main Port — “Barchetta VII” — (2026)

Preveza's sheltered anchorages and gateway position to the Ionian make it an ideal base for a week aboard Barchetta VII, where twelve guests find genuine comfort across six separate cabins and bathrooms. The Dufour 48's generous 8.28-meter beam transforms below-deck space into light-filled rooms rather than narrow berths, while the saloon and cockpit flow together seamlessly, giving your group real living quarters rather than a succession of sleeping pods. What two hulls mean here is practical: you anchor in shallower bays and beach coves than deeper-hulled yachts can reach, thanks to a 1.5-meter draft that opens up the smaller Greek islands. The hull separation also delivers remarkable stability once you're moored, so the boat sits still rather than swinging with every gust. On passage, the wide platform means the trampolines and foredeck stay dry and usable, not buried in spray. Families and mixed groups truly benefit from this stability, whether the younger crew wants to sunbathe or someone simply prefers a boat that holds steady. From Preveza, a week's sailing sweeps across the Ionian islands—Lefkada, Nidri, Skorpios, Meganissi and beyond—with the freedom of bareboat charter. The shallow draft means you're not confined to the main ports; small anchorages and deserted coves become genuinely accessible. The Yanmar engines and dual helm stations make everyday cruising unhurried and straightforward, letting you focus on exploring rather than wrestling the boat.
