Bootscharter in Kroatien · Bali Catspace in Kaštel Gomilica / Marina Kaštela — “Amon-Re” — (2022)

Marina Kaštela sits at the gateway to Croatia's island chain, where the Dalmatian coast unfolds into bays and passages that a catamaran's shallow draft was made for. Amon-Re, a 2022 Bali Catspace, uses that advantage well. At just 12.31 meters and drawing only 1.2 meters, she slides into anchorages and beach landings where monohulls cannot follow, opening a week's itinerary that reaches deeper into the Croatian seascape than conventional yachts allow. Four cabins and four bathrooms mean ten guests spread across the boat without compromise. The cabins sit in both hulls, reducing motion and maximizing the beam—space that becomes obvious the moment you step aboard. The saloon runs the length of the bridge deck, offering a social hub with views forward; the cockpit spreads wide and sheltered, where helm and crew work comfortably in any condition. The trampolines strung between the hulls become a favored refuge, and the foredeck opens up for anchor work or simply watching the water pass beneath you. Two hulls bring stability that transforms the anchoring experience. Where a single-hulled boat rocks to every passing yacht, Amon-Re sits planted and calm. The catamaran's inherent space means families and groups find room to spread across deck and cabin without tension. From Marina Kaštela, you reach the Pakleni Islands in hours, or drift deeper toward Korčula and Vis with the security of a boat that doesn't demand constant vigilance. This is bareboat sailing for those who want genuine exploration alongside genuine comfort.
